About Pilates on PCH

At Pilates on PCH, quality is our highest priority. From the Balanced Body equipment that we use to the education and quality of instruction, this high quality is what translates into the changes we see with our clients every day. 

Utilizing the Pilates Cadillac, Reformer and Chair, we offer this quality approach in an intimate studio setting through individual instruction, duet sessions and small group classes. We offer men's only group classes and private sessions as well. 

The Pilates Method originated over 90 years ago through the brilliance of Joseph Pilates. This method has grown and flourished in the exercise and rehabilitation industries, giving it's participants the ability to regain physical and mental health. 

At Pilates on PCH, our mission is to help our clients experience better living through the realization of feeling better in their bodies and more confidence in their minds. We look forward to having the opportunity and trust with your journey.

One of the original Pilates principals is concentration. By focusing your mind on the movements that your body is performing during each Pilates session, the better the connection with the neurological system of the body. Having specific focus with movement leads to increased organization and control over our movements, whether they are everyday patterns or sports specific patterns.
